a) The repair service could not be completed successfully.
b) There was an error in billing or service charges.
• Refunds are not applicable for diagnostic charges or if the issue is due to customer misuse.

2. Process for Refund

• Provide the service receipt and details of the issue.
 
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon approval.
