Terms and Conditions

By using Quick Device Care services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
1. Service Terms
• All repairs are conducted based on the details provided by the customer. Any undisclosed issues may incur additional charges.
• Quick Device Care is not responsible for data loss during the repair process. Customers are advised to back up their data.
• Upon successful payment, a team member will contact the customer to conduct an online inspection of the device.
• Devices that are already broken or not functioning will not be covered under the service.
 
2. Warranty
• Repairs are covered by a limited warranty of 100 days for the specific issue repaired.
• The warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse or subsequent damage after service.
 
3. Payment
• Full payment is required upon completion of the service.
• Invoices will include all applicable taxes and charges.
 
4. Refund
•If the device is found to be broken or has issues during inspection, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% of the total payment. Refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.
 
5. Liability
• Quick Device Care is not liable for damages caused by third-party components or customer negligence.
 
6. Modifications
• Quick Device Care reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
